0.5 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
5-7 Cloth Garlic
3-4 Slice Ginger
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Work steps: Add Coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper into a mortar and use a pestle to grind them small. Remove from the mortar and add to a bowl. Add paprika powder, turmeric and salt and mix.
Use mortar to puree garlic and ginger. Add all dry spices and olive oil and mix.
Marinade the lamb chops using the spice oil marinade for 10 minutes up to 24 hours.
Fry the lamp chops on both sides .
